The goal of this study was to investigate whether Fish Oil Supplements influence the prevention of cognitive decline in Alzheimer’s disease. Many studies support the use of Omega-3 fish oil, as part of an approach to prevent health disorders. A recent study published in The Journal of The Alzheimer’s Association gives specific reference to the fact that Fish Oil Supplements can be directly correlated to lowering the risks of cognitive impairment, and actually causing improvements in cognitive functioning.
In fact, this landmark study showed that the use of Fish Oil Supplements retarded atrophy in one or more regions of the brain. The study involved 819 adults, which can be considered a large enough group of participants to produce dependable results.
